Her award-winning short fiction has appeared in <em>Year\u2019s Best Horror &amp; Fantasy<\/em>, the <em>Poe<\/em> and <em>Haunted Legends<\/em> anthologies, <em>Fantasy<\/em> magazine, <em>Paper Cities<\/em>, and many other venues in the US, Europe and Australia. Her short story \u201cA Positive\u201d has been made into a short film called <em>Patience<\/em>, and her first ever published short story \u201cWhite Bed\u201d was dramatised for the stage in Australia.<\/p>\n<p>She is currently working on a novella about the goddess Ishtar, and a novel about the washerwoman in history.
